Excited for the game to start. I took a look at the sign up and was wondering if we wanted to confer on who should take what slot. Any ideas?
Go Guanaco. Rawr!

Yeah Guanaco, we'll rock this! And I agree, we definitely should discuss before putting our names on the list.
I get the feeling that the Taker will be like a stealer and will have to be on like all the time. The other two will probably have to work off of eachother, with the givers giving and the receivers getting whatever the givers give.
How often will everybody be able to be on is the question...
I know I can be on anytime from Tuesday into Wednesday, excluding Tuesday from about 10PM to 6AM on Wednesday (EST). How about everybody else?

I can be counted on for doing alot of the wee hour stuff and its when I'm most in my element so to speak. I'm generally online anywhere from 8p EST until 7a EST. I do my sleeping during the day.

Normally I'd easily make a challenge at this time, but I will be going on a plan Wednesday night and headed back home, which means tomorrow I'll probably be out around that time. I think it'd be best for me to be a receiver.

I was looking at the sign up thread and there are 12 slots and 14 players. I'm not sure if this means that one person from each tribe will be sitting out or if it means that Chad just made a mistake.
My own personal take on the signs up is that since there are 3 in the first category, 2 in the second and only 1 in the last category, the person that can be on for the largest block of time should sign up for the singular position. Those that can dedicate the second largest amount of time should take the second and those with the least amount of time should sign up for the category with 3 slots and then from there try to dedicate a "shift" to be on the board. Just my two cents worth. Feel free to add opinions.

Well I think the receivers will be getting something given by the givers. (That sounds so stupid :-P). What I think is that two people who can be should divide and one be the giver and one be the receiver. We also need someone to be on for a while to be the person for the last category.
Who can be on all day? I'm one and we should get two more to have one in each category to be on like all day.
Also, we need people to be on as much as possible if we'll be successful. Who can be on all day, as I already asked, and who can't really be on at all as our sit out?

I'm good for 10-12 hours 8 or 9p EST until 7a EST Wednesday morning. I might have to step away for 15-20 minutes a couple of times thru the night, but I expect minimal interruptions.

I can definitely be counted on Tuesday night and Wednesday after 1pm ET with more time spent if needed.
I think MLP has a good guess for how we should plan on splitting up the groups.

I can be on after 6:00 P.M. E.S.T both nights. If we can co-ordinate it so that someone else can be on at the same time we can probably get a good lead going.

This is random, but this randomly popped into my head when I read this. "Well I think the receivers will be getting something given by the givers." Sounds a lot like the book "The Giver" by Lois Lowry. It is a really good book.
