I think anyone that did not fufill their duty as a jurur ( voting & asking a question ) shouldn't be eligible for All - stars or to play in another game.

Not being allowed to plan in another game is a bit much... But not being eligible for All Stars sounds pretty reasonable. We'll leave it up to the hosts.
